Voilà, j'ai de plus en plus de bug avec écran bleu, voir tous les jours des fois plusieurs fois par jour.

De ton rapport, il ressort que le problème le plus probable serait une surchauffe de ton matériel

Télécharges SpeedFan, installes le et regardes quelles températures il annonce ???

Bon, tes températures semblent OK, donc on abandonne cette piste

Comme sur un ultraportable en principe les barrettes mémoire sont inaccessibles, tu vas les analyser avec un utilitaire Memetest86+, pour choisir la bonne version vas en bas de la page, il y en a une à utiliser à partir d'un CD et l'autre à partir d'une clé USB

Laisses tourner le programme de manière à faire l'analyse plusieurs fois

Il faudra redémarrer le PC pour booter sur le CD ou la clé USB

Sur ton ultra je pense qu'il n'y a pas de lecteur de CD, et donc la seule option pour toi sera la clé USB, si le PC ne boot pas dessus il faudra aller dans le bios pour le paramètrer pour booter dessus !!!

Le programme occupe 253 Ko sur ta clé, donc un volume complètement ridicule

Tu télécharges memetest86+ sur ta clé USB, tu décompresses le fichier, et tu cliques sur l' .exe pour installer le programme sur ta clé

Une fois terminer, tu redémarres ton PC, si l'ordre de boot dans le bios est bon le programme démarrera

Tu laisses tourner jusqu'à pass = 100 % = +/- 30 mn, résultat dans errors

Il existe une solution plus simple avec memetest pour windows, mais l'analyse n'est pas vraiment valable

Il faut aller dans le bios, onglet démarrage (ou similaire), et mettre l' USB en tête le disque dur en deuxième !!!

Pour aller dans le bios, au démarrage du PC, généralement il faut tapoter la touche clavier > Suppr ou F2

Il se peut aussi que tu ai une touche clavier pour accéder aux options de boot, généralement la touche F8 ou F12 à tapoter au démarrage

Si tu as bien réussis à mettre memetest sur ta clé USB, tu dois avoir quatre fichiers > Copying - mt86plus - Readme.txt - syslinux.cfg

Si tu ne peux pas accéder au bios > Cliques sur ce lien

Bonjour, petits soucis n'ai pas pu revenir sur le net avant.
J'ai essayé plusieurs fois de démarrer sur la clé mais rien ne se passe ça redemarrare normalement.
je suis allée dans le bios et mis le HDD en premier mais aucun changement. ma clé n'est pas bonne?
